StoneTower Search is an executive company that develops a deep understanding of their client's organization in order to cultivate a long-term relationship and to ensure StoneTower recruitment is successful for both the client company and the selected candidate. StoneTower shares a common objective with their partner-clients: finding, attracting, and retaining outstanding leaders.
Michael Sayles, Owner of StoneTower Search, contacted us in hopes of revamping his website, and that's exactly what we did. We used our homepage formula, brighter photos and colors.
Here's the sneak peak of the old website:
Here's what we did to change it up:
1. We added a captivating header
We added a cool video as the header to CAPTIVATE the audience. Isn't that the goal? We want to keep customers on the website.
2. We decided to have a common theme throughout the website
The website needed to make sense, and we decided to relate the photos to the "StoneTower" name; throughout the homepage, we added relatable photos that all have a "New England Ocean" theme.
It makes a huge difference when your site is aesthetically pleasing, while also making sense.
3. We increased it's readability
Beforehand, the original website was confusing to get through. Ultimately this can cause viewers to quickly leave the site, and that is the last thing that you want. We decided to have an easy scroll through page with all of the information you need on the homepage. This way, customers know exactly what StoneTower Search offer right away.
