How Small Businesses Are Adjust Their Marketing Plans During The Coronavirus

How can you prepare your small business during the Coronavirus? I know I'm not the only business owner rethinking our strategies and adjusting a few things in our marketing plans for spring.

In our latest podcast episode of The Marketing Mindset Podcast, I have a round-up of business owners from various industries chatting about how they are planning for their businesses to survive this pandemic as the general public maybe a little bit more tight with their budgets.

They answer if the current situation in the world has affected their business, and what marketing plans are they putting into place to make sure their business survives during this stressful time.

At the end of this podcast episode, I will give you an update on how the Small Business Association can potentially help your business if you might go through a financial crisis during this time.

Something else that I think we need to take into consideration as business owners is we need to ask ourselves...how can we recession-proof our businesses? What offer can we provide, what kind of message can we have. We can’t always predict the future, and by having this in place will not only strengthen your business in the long run, but will also make sure you won’t have to stress in uncertain times. It is also important that the culture we create within our teams is strong, and resilient. Make sure your team can positively react to any changes headed your way.

Remember...now matter what happens in the next few weeks...YOU GOT THIS.

This is the time to get creative, to try that thing you were scared of, to create better systems in your business, to work on those things in your business that you didn’t have time for before.
